Have you ever had thoughts on this.. like a good, in-depth game which focuses on managing a rugby league side?

um....hello hamil......we were talking about the possibility of a nrl manager game NOT nrl manager 2004 if you wern't paying attention.

Midas Sport released a game a few years ago called Championship Rugby Manager. It's pretty much what your after but only for super league clubs.

It's called super league championship rugby manager. it has commentry by eddie and stevo. (the guys who do the commentry for rugby league on sky sports). its only on the pc. I have it but dont like champ manager type games so never got into it, but my brothers liked it. you'll have to do some searches for it on ebay uk but i've heard it's not that good.

Dont bother with it. Its the worst game ive ever played. Not even the RL factor in it can make it bareable. You could train your team on nothing but defence for years and they will still manage to ship 60 points a match. Also the players are all in the wrong positions. You have say Andy Farrell playing wing and Brett Dallas at prop. Its totally awful and thats being kind. :mad:

Would be mad to have one on PS2 since I dont like playing games on the PC.

But NRLM 2007 should be sweet until we get one for PS2, im hoping RL3 includes something like FIFA's Career mode.
